Business Immigration Paralegal
to join its Washington, DC office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced immigration professional to work within a collaborative, fast‑paced environment supporting a high‑volume business immigration practice.
Position Overview The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of business immigration experience, with a strong background in PERM. This individual will play a key role in preparing and managing employment‑based immigration matters and supporting attorneys and clients through all stages of the process.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and file employment‑based immigration petitions with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and other government agencies
Handle PERM labor certification processes from start to finish
Draft and prepare forms, support letters, and application materials
Gather and organize supporting documentation and evidence
Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and government agencies
Maintain case files and track deadlines in a high‑volume environment
Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of business immigration paralegal experience
Strong, hands‑on PERM experience required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with INSZoom preferred
Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
Estimated annual compensation: $77,000 – $90,000, commensurate with experience
Eligible for discretionary bonus
