Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of Copart.

Obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops and/or other locations including residences.

Provide office support functions as needed and act as the face of the Company during customer interactions.

Understand client needs, offer solutions, and facilitate a unique customer service experience.

Position may expand to include Chat and Email Customer Support.

Answer and place calls in a professional manner with a focus on call quality and timely follow-up.

Analyze information and use company resources to gather data and offer solutions to meet customer needs; aim for call resolution.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

One year of office support experience in a customer service role (preferred).

High School diploma.

Excellent customer service skills and attitude.

Excellent written and verbal skills.

Proficient with office equipment.

Attention to detail.

Problem-solving ability.

Computer proficiency — MS Office Suite.

Typing speed 45 WPM.

Professional appearance and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual skills a plus.

Occasional overtime as needed.

Compensation Pay: $22.07 - $24.86/Hour.
