Compensation
Hourly wage: $14.5 - $27.5 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job Overview This role focuses on greeting, helping, and thanking customers, and preventing loss at the store entrances. Duties include verifying purchases, assisting with returned items, and keeping entrances safe and secure.
