You will work directly with Frame's leadership team to solve ambiguous problems, develop data-driven recommendations, and lead execution across large, multi-stakeholder programs. This role also requires a strong foundation in financial analysis, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Position Type: Full-Time
Location of Work: New York City (in-office, with occasional travel to client sites)

Position Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on program strategy and execution
Drive project progress through structured work planning, prioritization, and issue resolution
Develop high-quality, data-driven, and persuasive deliverables, including strategic memos, analyses, and supporting documentation
Structure and analyze complex datasets to inform decision-making and support clear recommendations
Analyze financial data, cost structures, and funding flows to support strategic decisions
Reconcile and validate complex financial information across multiple sources to ensure accuracy and defensibility
Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely execution
Provide strategic and operational guidance to client leadership
Identify and implement strategies to maximize program outcomes and funding recovery
Develop process improvements to enhance efficiency and accelerate timelinesNavigate complex program requirements and deliver practical, compliant solutions
Lead client relationship management across multiple stakeholders and departments
Oversee data collection, validation, and organization, including financial, operational, and facility information
Prepare for and lead client meetings, ensuring clear communication and actionable follow-through
Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, client services, or program management
Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, analyze data, and develop clear, actionable recommendations
Strong analytical, communication (written and verbal), and problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop clear and persuasive written materials
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment
Advanced Excel skills, including managing large datasets, building models, and using complex formulas
Strong understanding of financial statements, cost structures, and accounting principles
Experience using data to support analysis, decision-making, and client recommendations
Experience in management consulting or similarly rigorous analytical environments is strongly preferred
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability, in-office environment
