Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
Schedule service calls and record important details accurately
Communicate effectively with team members and management

Maintain accurate job notes and database records
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Provide timely feedback to management
Build productive relationships with customers and coworkers
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED
1–2 years of customer service or call center experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of computers and software applications
Familiarity with business management software tools (preferred)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions
Positive attitude and strong team player mindset
