Night shift 6:45 pm‑7:00 am on a 2‑2‑3 schedule
Work Mon/Tue, Off Wed/Thu, Work Fri/Sat/Sun
Off Mon/Tue, Work Wed/Thu, Off Fri/Sat/Sun, then repeat
Only work 15 days a month
Every other weekend is a 3‑day weekend
One week you work 48 hours and the next week you work 36 hours
Total of 85.75 hours for a pay period (76.75 regular hours & 9 hours of overtime)

This is what you'll do Complete paperwork accurately by following procedures and instructions.
Operate the following equipment to produce finished product: hydraulic reeler, electric reeler, lift truck, table saw, rotor and band saw.
Physically parallel or coil duct to requirements.
Inspect products for non‑conformance of quality and report any such findings.
Assemble wooden and steel reels to correct requirements.
Custom build reels for coiling requirements.
Process cable to specific requirements.
Paint and stencil reel for cosmetic appearance.
Assist grinding crew in the disposal of scrap duct.
Maintain and clean equipment, and report any defects.
Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
Assist any supervisor or employee in promoting a safe work environment.
Follow all safety requirements for this position.
Abide by all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
Additional duties as required.
This is what it takes
1 year extrusion (preferred) and/or 1 year of manufacturing experience required
Ability to read and write English, fluently, with an ability to perform simple math, and take measurements. Bilingual a plus!
Nice to have: Working knowledge of extruders, printers, reelers, quality control standards, and product specifications
Understanding of paperwork procedures and documentation
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable assistance
Ability to squat, bend, stoop and remain stationary
Ability to spend up to 8 hours a shift on foot around hot machinery (This is a non‑climate controlled facility)
Prior forklift experience a plus
For Tuition reimbursement you must be a full‑time employee and complete one continuous year of employment. You will receive $5,000 a year for undergrad and $7,500 a year for grad.
*Employee must be have satisfactory attendance and satisfactory work performance.
Amount earned is based on Plant performance in four Key Performance Indicators (KPI'S) safety, savings, productivity and teamwork. Employee must be active full‑time status during the quarter and at time of payout, with good attendance and no disciplinary action.
