Integrated Marketing Intern, DevaCurl - Summer 2026 (Culver City, CA)
What you’ll do
Develop and execute digital marketing plans, including media, social, and email campaigns, to support DevaCurl brand activations and drive consumer engagement
Collaborate on in-store marketing initiatives aimed at regaining market share in the professional textured hair category
Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and measure the impact of brand activations on performance
Translate data insights into actionable strategies to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI
Support cross-functional teams by organizing and maintaining key assets such as sales materials, creative content, and presentations
Contribute to brainstorming and planning sessions to enhance brand visibility and consumer connection across channels

A rising senior graduating in 2027 pursuing a degree in Marketing or Data Analytics
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations and analyze datasets
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for working with numbers, identifying patterns, and uncovering data-driven insights
Self-starter with good time management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

Henkel’s Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August
This position requires you to work approximately 20 hours per week
The salary for this role is $27/hour. This is the rate that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
