Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise Adyen is looking for a market-oriented, proactive and commercially minded Product Marketing Manager. You will be part of a dynamic team that doesn’t limit itself to marketing products. The Product Marketing team’s primary role is to empower the regional commercial & marketing teams to execute revenue growth initiatives in line with the commercial strategy.

This is a global role, reporting to the Product Marketing Lead for one of our business units, working in a multidisciplinary team (3‑5 people) supporting over 20 local markets worldwide.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver go‑to‑market playbooks, equipping commercial teams with playbooks and campaigns ready to localise for different target markets.

Lead strategic product launch programs from start to finish, coordinating workstreams and stakeholder groups to drive progress.

Act as a voice of customers by leveraging market research, competitive analysis and local insights to inform product positioning and identify growth opportunities.

Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, white papers, presentations and sales enablement tools.

Enable sales and partner teams by developing and delivering training, tools and resources to equip them to effectively sell and promote Adyen’s products.

Work closely with global and regional teams across Product, Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and execution.

Qualifications

2–7 years of experience in B2B product or customer marketing, ideally within fintech or SaaS.

Passion for continuous testing, learning, and scaling new marketing approaches.

Proven track record of success in a fast‑paced company in a changing market, demonstrating adaptability and problem‑solving.

Customer‑focused with strong research and analytical skills, understanding customer needs and desired outcomes.

Strategic, commercial and creative thinker, able to translate product understanding into cohesive marketing ideas.

Experience managing and executing global projects with measurable results.

Excellent communication skills, simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Self‑motivated, hands‑on approach, able to meet deadlines.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Salary The annual base salary range for this role is $120,000 – $155,000.
