The Sales Solutions Specialist is responsible for executing sales solutions, assessing stores for growth opportunities, and maintaining store partnerships. The role maximizes sales through innovative product placement and presentation, and oversees completion of all store sets. Execute senior management design decisions with urgency Analyze product movement and provide actionable sales suggestions Develop sales presentations to educate store personnel on product placement that drives revenue and traffic Present and promote latest trends Conduct store sales surveys, propose new product PODs, and optimize exposure to customers (land grabbing) Collaborate with sales leaders across the organization on strategy Implement plan‑ograms, educational aids, and merchandising techniques to boost sales revenue via visual presentation Influence product placement to impact sales revenue Manage presentation and roll‑out of new merchandise, communicating with store teams and KeHE merchandising personnel Control credits by managing overages, shortages, and mis‑picks Ensure day‑to‑day completion of sales and merchandising activities Create and nurture strong store relationships to achieve key selling objectives Maintain cost efficiency of business expenses Cover vacations and routes for Sales teams Possess knowledge of product categories and merchandising techniques Foster a cross‑functional environment with clear expectations and transparency Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred) Outstanding verbal and written communication and relationship management skills Ability to prioritize workload to significantly impact customer satisfaction Proficient in Excel, Access, Cognos, PowerPoint, and similar tools Prior experience in food industry and/or code‑sensitive product environment preferred Demonstrated ability to identify long‑term issues, develop and implement strategies, and link short‑term activities to these strategies Strong attention to accuracy and detail Demonstrated competencies: financial acumen, collaboration, courage, sense of urgency, and complexity management Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends Willingness to travel 80% of the time by air and stay overnight as required Adherence to established KeHE policies and procedures Other duties and special projects as requested Physical Requirements
