Manage commercial real estate closings from start to finish Take ownership of title, survey, and due diligence processes Draft and review legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal teams Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Support multiple transactions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Qualifications
3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions Strong communication, drafting, and editing skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence Familiarity with multifamily or affordable housing projects is a plus Benefits
