We are looking for an awesome Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve our customers!
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication and organizational skills, and have an ability to take initiative while prioritizing daily tasks.
Responsibilities
Handle phone calls and customer needs
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Maintain organization and cleanliness of showroom
Provide friendly service to walk-in customers
Order office supplies as necessary
Receive, sort and deliver all incoming mail and packages
Special projects as assigned
Skills and Abilities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven success as an administrative assistant in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to multitask, problem-solve and pay close attention to detail
