Primary Responsibilities

The Associate, Warehouse Operations role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate, efficient receiving and preparation of shipments to meet customer needs. Operate warehouse equipment, manage inventory, and perform tasks such as receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. Maintain attendance in accordance with company policies. Uphold safe work practices in the warehouse, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your team. Safeguard confidential company information. Match product descriptions with label descriptions accurately. Build pallets within the warehouse to meet customer guidelines. Maintain production standards while minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency. Take on other warehouse duties and special projects as requested. Participate in continuous improvement activities. Shift: Sunday–Friday, 10:00 AM start Pay Range: $21.80 per hour (base); eligible for quarterly bonuses Benefits after 30 days: Health/Rx, Vision, Dental (where applicable), FSA/HSA, Supplemental life insurance, 401(k), Paid time off, Paid sick time, Short-term & long-term disability, Employee stock ownership (ESOP), Holiday pay for company designated holidays New Hire Pay: $21.80 with growth opportunity after 90 days; Premium pay: Freezer +$2.00, Cooler +$0.50; After 90 days, $24.40 Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required Availability to work weekends, holidays, day shifts, and overnight schedules Additional Skills, Qualifications, and Aptitude

At least one year of experience in food distribution or a warehouse environment is preferred At least one year of experience operating powered warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers) Strong communication skills with internal customers and management Ability to follow safe warehouse practices and promote a safety culture Ability to work independently while supporting team goals Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS) or similar systems is a plus Physical Requirements

The physical requirements reflect the essential warehouse functions. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these functions. Must be able to lift/move/carry 30–40 pounds repeatedly (up to 1,000 times per day) and lift larger items up to 75 pounds less frequently. The role involves standing, walking, climbing, and sitting in a warehouse environment with temperatures that can vary from cool to warm. Freezer temperatures: −10°F; Refrigerator temperatures: 25–35°F; occasional exposure to outside weather. Noise levels are typically low to moderate. Equal Opportunity
