Call Center Representative

We are seeking a dependable and customer‑focused Call Center Representative to handle inbound and/or outbound customer communications. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through clear communication and effective problem‑solving. This role is 100% on‑site and must be located in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Schedule

Operational hours are 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.

Must have flexible availability within these hours.

Must be able to work at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound calls and/or make outbound customer calls.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account inquiries.

Resolve customer concerns by following established procedures and guidelines.

Document customer interactions, transactions, and outcomes in CRM or internal systems.

Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams when needed.

Process orders, payments, returns, and account updates.

Adhere to scripts, compliance requirements, and performance expectations.

Meet or exceed call handling, customer satisfaction, and resolution metrics.

Maintain professionalism and a customer‑first approach at all times.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently.

Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.

Patient, empathetic, and customer‑service‑oriented mindset.

Basic data entry and typing proficiency.

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Prior customer service or call center experience preferred (but not required).

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay & Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $21.00 per hour.
