Additionally, the role entails ensuring compliance with local regulations, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the leasing process to maintain high occupancy rates.
Qualifications
Property management expertise, including handling tenant relationships, compliance, and lease agreements.
Financial management skills, including budgeting, reporting, and expense control.
Proficiency in building maintenance oversight and problem resolution.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Experience in conflict resolution and customer service is highly valued.
Proficiency in property management software and tools.
A real estate license or relevant certifications are a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
