Job Description
Domino's Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a frontline role that involves serving customers, managing orders, handling payments, preparing pizzas, and ensuring a clean store environment.

Take orders over the phone and in person
Deal with customer concerns
Cash handling
Upsell products
Make Domino’s high‑quality pizzas
Control food portions
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Prepare food
Perform general cleaning duties
General Job Duties
Operate all equipment
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler
Prepare product
Receive and process telephone orders
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
Clean equipment and facility daily
Communication Skills
Comprehend and give correct written instructions
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
Essential Functions / Skills
Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (may use a calculator)
Make correct monetary change
Use verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Coordinate motor skills between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, precise movements
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Physical Requirements
Standing – most tasks performed from a standing position
Walking – short distances for short durations
Lifting – loading/unloading up to 50 pounds, stacking to 72 inches high
Carrying – carry items up to 30 pounds, trays weighing approx. 12 pounds each
Pushing – push trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force
Climbing – navigate stairs or ladder infrequently
Stooping/Bending – forward bending at the waist, 30‑45 seconds at a time
Crouching/Squatting – occasionally for stocking and low area cleaning
Reaching – continuous reaching up, down, forward
Hand Tasks – eye‑hand coordination essential, frequent forearm and wrist use for shaping dough
