Product Marketing Manager, Attribution Measurement

Responsibilities About the team Ads Measurement PMM team charter covers Attribution and reporting. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for setting the go-to-market strategy and partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders in product management, marketing science and business marketing to assess key gaps and develop the strategic direction for our performance measurement solutions.

You will use your experience and marketing knowledge working with measurement products to develop the strategy, bring together cross-functional stakeholders to execute on their plans, and align with senior product leadership around those plans. You understand measurement industry trends, the competitive landscape, and have experience applying those to positively influence advertisers, agencies, and other cross-functional partners.

Owner of 1-2 performance measurement solutions in TikTok's Measurement suite with a strong understanding of auction ads capabilities.

Define go-to-market strategy for TikTok's Performance Measurement products. Our team is instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy.

Develop thought leadership around key product launches in response to industry developments partnering closely with the Global Business Marketing team.

Develop programs that enable uptake of attribution solutions, identify blockers to implementation and work cross functionally to resolve these.

Partner closely with the Sales and Marketing Science teams to deeply understand user pain points, form business requirements and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development.

Communicate the value proposition of new performance measurement products to all stakeholders and ensure that effective collateral and packages are created.

Minimum Qualifications

BA/BS degree or above.

3+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or measurement/analytics consulting (B2B SaaS, AdTech, or digital platforms strongly preferred).

Strong expertise in attribution models, analytics platforms, or measurement methodologies.

Proven track record driving global GTM strategies and collaborating across functions.

Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills. Ability to build strong compelling narratives and simplify marketing messaging to resonate with different audiences.

A fast learner with a good sense of judgement and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, or media mix modeling.

Background working with global sales organizations and agency/advertiser stakeholders.

Familiarity with competing attribution solutions (e.g., Google, MMM vendors, survey-based approaches).

Compensation and Benefits The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108,000 - $220,400 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
