Shows & Events Promoter

Responsibilities
Attend events weekly and engage prospective customers about our product line.
Obtain and track consumer information; create a positive experience by presenting products cheerfully and welcomingly.
Call and follow up with leads generated at events, including after‑5 pm calls during the week.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Ensure timely data entry of leads from each event.
Plan and coordinate events and educational activities from conception to tear‑down under the direction of the Marketing & Communications Director.
Travel to and support onsite execution of key events, including show load‑in and load‑out.
Manage all event photos and coordinate distribution with internal/external teams.
Work an additional hour or so on evenings for lead calling and scheduling when not at a show/event.
Qualifications
Experience in lead generation at events.
Ability to sell cheerfully and actively listen, assessing customer needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, delivering clear, concise information tailored to varied audiences.
Customer‑first attitude; give full attention and maintain a professional positive demeanor.
Availability to work weekends and extended hours per day or per week.
Strong project management, customer service, and relationship‑building skills.
Excellent organization and detail orientation, ensuring consistent and accurate output.
Excellent problem‑solving, creative thinking, decision‑making, and independent judgment.
Reliable transportation for a large territory; ownership of a vehicle or access to public transport.
Stand for 4‑5 hours, punctuality, and work independently with little guidance.
