Empire State Property Management is seeking a full-time Property Manager based in New York, NY. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of residential properties, with a strong emphasis on client communication, board support, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and vendors, overseeing lease administration, and handling financial reporting and budgeting. The Property Manager will also play a key role in supporting condominium and homeowner association boards by organizing and participating in monthly board meetings, preparing agendas, and generating detailed meeting minutes. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness. Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of assigned properties Manage tenant relations, including communication, issue resolution, and retention Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services Supervise vendors and ensure quality and cost control Prepare and manage property budgets and financial reports Ensure compliance with NYC regulations and company policies Support condominium and HOA boards: Schedule and lead monthly board meetings Prepare meeting agendas and materials Generate and distribute detailed meeting minutes Monitor property performance and identify opportunities for improvement Maintain high occupancy and tenant satisfaction levels Qualifications

Strong organizational and administrative skills with experience in property management, lease coordination, and financial reporting Proven ability to manage tenant relationships and resolve issues professionally Experience with building operations, vendor management, and NYC compliance requirements Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently, manage multiple properties, and meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred 2+ years of property management experience required Compensation
