Job Title: Housing Manager
Location: Orlando, FL
Pay Range: $47-70K Based on experience and size of assigned property
What’s the Job?
You will be responsible for all function areas of property management:
Includes supervising staff, customer service, maintenance work orders, eviction proceedings, rent collection, resident association, supplies, inspections, training, and reporting.
What’s Needed?
BA/BS Degree in Business or related from an accredited U.S. college or university
3-5 years of property management with section 8 / public housing experience
Proficient computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
What’s in it for me?
$47K-70K based on experience and size of assigned property
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
