What You'll Be Walking Into
An existing inventory of active listings across Industrial, Retail, Office & Multifamily
Pre‑qualified tenant leads in your specialized asset class
Access to CoStar, LoopNet & our proprietary company database
In‑house research, comp data & property technology tools
A collaborative team environment with the autonomy to build your own business
Markets: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island & Long Island
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in Commercial or Residential real estate
Hands‑on experience in one or more asset classes: Industrial, Retail, Office, or Multifamily
Self‑starter mentality with strong hustle and follow‑through
Ability to source leads, conduct tours and negotiate deals end‑to‑end
