About The Role
As a Sr Trailhead Specialist, you will be a pivotal member of our team, combining expertise across content strategy, editing, and writing to deliver impactful enablement for Salesforce customers. This role requires a deep understanding of the Trailhead content lifecycle, a passion for customer success, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives across multiple clouds. You will play a key role in setting and upholding content quality standards, ensuring strategic alignment, and fostering collaboration to produce industry‑leading enablement.
What You’ll Do Lead Trailhead Strategy & Prioritization
Serve as a Trailhead Strategist for an assigned cloud or suite of clouds, leading all Trailhead work within those areas.
Deliver strategic planning and prioritization support, working with CX and product stakeholders to identify content gaps and prioritize badge requests against planned roadmaps.
Drive Content Development & Editorial Excellence
As a Trailhead Writer, research, plan, and draft Trailhead modules that align with the strategic vision of your assigned cloud(s).
As a Trailhead Editor, verify that all content adheres to the Trailhead style guide and the stringent content quality standards set by our team, collaborating closely with Strategists and the centralized Trailhead team.
Advance AI in CX Enablement
Contribute to the team's leadership in the research and enablement of AI in CX Trailhead, including creating and testing Trailhead‑specific use cases.
Train Apps & Industries CX teammates on vetted AI use cases and any AI innovations developed by the centralized Trailhead team.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in end‑to‑end content development, including strategic planning, writing, and editorial oversight for enablement content.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage strategic initiatives for content creation, aligning with business priorities.
Expertise in content quality assurance and adherence to style guides and content standards.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships effectively.
Experience with, or a strong understanding of, AI tools for content creation, review, and research, given the team's focus on AI enablement.
Ability to research, plan, and draft engaging and effective Trailhead modules.
A customer‑centric mindset and a passion for creating enablement content that drives adoption and success.
Adaptability and flexibility to manage shifting priorities and unexpected requests.
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience embedding with cloud teams on a project‑length basis.
Familiarity with Salesforce products.
Familiarity with Trailhead tools and processes.

In the past year, the typical base salary range for this position is $94,000 ‑ $142,300 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan areas, the base salary range is $112,900 ‑ $155,200 annually. The range represents base salary only and does not include company bonus, incentive, equity, or other benefits.
