Real Estate Investment Transaction Closer Coordinator (On-site)

Salary up to 115k. Potential for bonuses as well.

We are seeking a highly organized, resilient, and proactive Transaction Coordinator to support our real estate investment business specializing in wholesale deals, fix-and-flip projects, and refinancing. This role requires someone who can confidently manage multiple transactions, communicate effectively with distressed sellers, and oversee project timelines from acquisition to exit.

Key Responsibilities Transaction Management

Coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing (wholesale, fix-and-flip, and refinance deals)

Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with local/state regulations

Act as the primary point of contact between buyers, sellers, title companies, lenders, and contractors

Track deadlines, contingencies, and closing timelines to ensure smooth execution

Communicate with distressed sellers in a professional, empathetic, and solutions-oriented manner

Handle sensitive conversations and resolve conflicts while maintaining company reputation

Follow up consistently to keep deals moving forward

Fix-and-Flip Project Coordination

Oversee project timelines from acquisition through renovation and resale

Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and vendors to ensure work is completed on time and within budget

Monitor progress, flag delays or issues, and provide regular status updates to leadership

Refinance Coordination

Manage refinance transactions, including gathering required documentation and liaising with lenders

Track loan progress and ensure timely completion of all conditionsCoordinate appraisals, inspections, and closing requirements

Administrative & Operational Support

Maintain organized digital files and CRM systems

Prepare reports on deal status, pipeline, and project performance

Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and scalability

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in real estate transaction coordination, escrow, or a related field

Strong understanding of wholesale real estate, fix-and-flip processes, and refinancing

Experience working with distressed sellers or high-pressure client situations preferred

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in challenging situations

Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and standard real estate software
