Summary of Position The Recruitment Marketing Intern supports the Talent Acquisition team by helping promote our employer brand, attract qualified candidates, and engage talent through digital and creative marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in marketing, communications, HR, or talent acquisition who wants hands‑on experience in recruitment marketing strategies.

Intern Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in creating and scheduling content for recruitment marketing campaigns (social media, job boards, career site, email campaigns).

Support employer branding initiatives.

Collaborate with recruiters to promote open positions and hard‑to‑fill roles.

Track and report basic recruitment marketing metrics (post performance, engagement, applicant source data).

Help maintain and update the company’s careers page and employer branding materials.

Conduct research on recruitment marketing trends, competitors, and talent market insights.

Provide administrative and creative support to the recruitment team as needed.

Qualifications

Major(s): Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Class Year(s): Senior, Recent Graduate.

GPA: Min 3.0.

Skills

Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, YouTube).

Basic understanding of digital marketing or content creation.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Leadership skills: Agility, Building Trusting Relationships, Decision‑Making Skills, & Resilience.

Basic understanding of CRMs, Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe, WeVideo, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, media metrics and performance reporting is a plus.

Availability

Must be available to work in St. Petersburg Florida from May 18, 2026– Aug 7, 2026.
