Role Overview We’re hiring a
Virtual Assistant for Cold Calling and Client Outreach
to support real estate operations. This role focuses on outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and CRM management, and is ideal for someone confident on the phone, detail-oriented, and familiar with real estate workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls and follow up with leads
Manage and update leads in
Follow Up Boss (CRM)
Maintain accurate notes and call outcomes
Support outreach campaigns and contact organization
Assist with simple visuals or materials using
Canva
Follow and help improve SOPs for outreach and lead management
Requirements
Experience with
Follow Up Boss (required)
Comfortable using
Canva
for basic marketing assets
1+ year supporting real estate agents preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable internet and availability during
PST morning overlap (7:30–10:30 AM PST)
Comfortable using a password manager (1 Password or LastPass)Willing to sign an NDA and follow security best practices
High attention to detail and ability to follow and build SOPs
Willing to complete a
paid 10–20 hour trial
