Overview
A leading global investment firm is seeking an Asset Servicing Associate (Operations professional) to join their team. The role involves providing support across various investment platforms and ensuring accurate investment holdings data for trading activities.
Responsibilities
Provide support to teams including trading desk, investor relations, finance, and fund management
Ensure trading desk has up-to-date investment holdings data
Monitor and process portfolio activity including corporate bond activity, CLO events, and security transactions
Collaborate with team members to support firm operations
Build and manage relationships with internal teams and external partners
Qualifications
1-2 years of fixed income experience preferred
Exposure to asset classes such as bonds, ABS, MBS, CLO paper, preferred equity
Proficiency in Bloomberg and Excel
Exposure to portfolio accounting system Advent Geneva preferred
3.3 GPA or higher
Compensation Salary: $70,000 – $78,000, Plus Bonus
