Manager/Director – Transfer Pricing
We are looking for an experienced Manager/Director – Transfer Pricing to join our International Tax Services team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities Review and advise on planning, documentation and controversy issues associated with all types of intercompany transactions Help companies accurately reflect and monitor transfer pricing in their financial systems Assist with transfer pricing projects for global supply chain Provide a fully integrated approach to transfer pricing by preparing documents and assisting in defending transfer pricing in audits Model financial outcomes, valuing intangible assets and developing practical planning approaches Train associate/senior associates on the team Maintain technical expertise by staying current with changes in industry and legislation Participate in local office and firm wide business development opportunities
Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred. Experience: At least six years of relevant experience required. Certification/ Licenses: CPA required (Juris Doctor or other advanced degree may be acceptable in lieu of CPA). Advanced technical knowledge of transfer pricing concepts required. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office products required (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

California: $136,600.00 - $230,000.00 Colorado: $126,400.00 - $207,000.00 Illinois: $116,200.00 - $207,000.00 Massachusetts: $136,600.00 - $222,000.00 Minnesota: $116,200.00 - $199,000.00 New Jersey: $146,800.00 - $222,000.00 New York: $151,900.00 - $230,000.00 Washington: $126,400.00 - $215,000.00
