Overview Ensure the smooth flow (Import& Export) of responsible customersEnsure compliance with and implementation of customer-specific work processes and proceduresProcessing of the assigned administrative tasks
Responsibilities
Ensuring the smooth and on time processing of import & export shipments
Optimizing and securing the documentation of procedures and processes
Supporting and Advising customers
Carrying out customs clearance
Handling correspondence with customers, agents, and service providers
Preparation of quotation and follow-up of the quotation process
Conducting sales negotiations
Securing and processing invoices to customers
Monitoring of meetings and deadlines
Invoicing
Execute all Dangerous Goods shipments in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (as applicable).Preparation of Letters ofcredit compliant, Bill of Landings, delivery bills, customs documents, etc
Standard Responsibilities:
Contribute actively to a healthy and secure work environment by reporting unsafe/unsecure/unhealthy conditions and possible improvements.

Qualifications
Diploma (High school) in business or international commerce or foreign languages
1-3 years of working experience in international forwarding
University degree (nice to have)
Strong PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Office applications) preferred
Experience in the use of a freight forwarding software
Fluent oral and written English is a must
Additional (major) European languages would be an asset
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organization, strong cultural sensitivity, and ability to build up relationship
Strong team player with the ability to work independently
Pro-active, target driven, solutions-oriented and good attention to details
Flexible and positive attitude to excel in a client-driven environment, commercial awareness
