We are currently seeking an experienced Plumbing Account Manager who is driven, relationship focused, and eager to grow with our team.

Position Overview The Plumbing Account Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth and maintaining strong client relationships. This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, estimating projects, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through project completion and beyond.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong background in commercial plumbing, sales, and project estimation who thrives in a fast paced, relationship driven environment.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales

Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities

Build and maintain partnerships with general contractors, subcontractors, property managers, facility managers, and property owners

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow market share

Represent Nu Flow Plumbing professionally in all client interactions

Account Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

Build long term relationships to generate repeat and referral business

Maintain consistent communication throughout the lifecycle of each project

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during, and after project completion

Estimating & Project Support

Estimate commercial service and tenant improvement (TI) plumbing projects

Prepare accurate and detailed scopes of work, proposals, and contracts

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project feasibility and successful execution

Stay up to date with current plumbing practices, codes, and industry standards

Team Collaboration

Work closely with field teams, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment

Communicate clearly across departments to support project success

Uphold company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications Required

Proven experience in plumbing, construction sales, or account management

Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing services and/or tenant improvement projects

Experience with estimating and writing scopes of work

Excellent communication and relationship building skills

Self motivated, results driven, and highly organized

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Must be drug free (including marijuana)

Preferred (Not Required)

Journeyman Plumbing License

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

Experience working in the commercial service plumbing space

Compensation

Base Salary: $50,000 annually

Commission: 5% of total contract value for every job sold
