We are currently looking for a
Fabric Specialist
to strengthen our Data team. In this role, you will focus on designing and delivering modern data platforms based on
Microsoft Fabric , supporting the full data lifecycle — from ingestion and transformation to semantic models and analytics enablement.
This is primarily a
backend and data engineering role , with occasional collaboration on reporting and visualization in
Power BI . Your core mission will be to build scalable, well-architected, and business-oriented data solutions tailored to clients from various industries.
Your responsibilities
Designing and delivering end-to-end data and analytics solutions based on
Microsoft Fabric
Building and maintaining
data pipelines ,
lakehouses ,
warehouses , and transformation layers using tools such as
Data Factory, Pipelines, OneLake, Notebooks, Dataflows, and Semantic Models
Developing and optimizing
data models
to support reporting, analytics, and decision-making processes
Preparing data for analytical use, including ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and modeling
Supporting integration between Fabric, Power BI, and source systems such as ERP, CRM, and other business applications
Optimizing solution architecture, query performance, refresh processes, and overall platform efficiency
Applying best practices related to
data governance, security, access management, and compliance
Collaborating closely with clients, analysts, consultants, developers, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective data solutions
Participating in workshops, discovery sessions, solution design, and selected
presales
activities
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Hands-on experience with
Microsoft Fabric
Strong understanding of modern data platform concepts, including
data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and storage
Experience with
SQL , data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes
Good knowledge of
Power BI , especially in the context of semantic models, datasets, and analytics consumption
Ability to design scalable and maintainable data architectures
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a business-oriented mindset
Confidence in working directly with stakeholders and translating requirements into technical solutions
You will particularly benefit from:
Experience with
CI/CD
and deployment processes for data and BI solutions
Familiarity with
Azure Data Services
such as Azure SQL, ADLS, Databricks, or Synapse Analytics
Experience with
Python
or
PySpark
Exposure to
AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics
scenarios
Experience in
consulting, presales, or solution architecture
Knowledge of ERP systems such as
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central , SAP, Oracle, or similar
Microsoft certifications such as
PL-300, DP-500, DP-203 , or other relevant credentials
