to join their high-performing Dublin team. Working directly with a market-leading Partner, you will handle high-profile matters across the full commercial property spectrum.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Advisory:
Support a senior Partner on complex matters across retail, office, industrial, hospitality, data centre, and healthcare sectors.
Asset Management:
Deliver comprehensive legal services for the management of Ireland’s largest mixed-use developments and property portfolios.
Transaction Lead:
Manage diverse leasing transactions and real estate investment finance for institutional and private clients.
Client Relations:
Act as a key advisor to developers, investment funds, and private equity firms, providing practical, industry-led solutions.
Job Requirements
Experience:
4–6 years PQE with a robust background in commercial real estate law.
Technical Range:
Proven track record in handling varied assets, including multi-family schemes, retail parks, and hotels.
Commercial Acumen:
Ability to deliver creative legal solutions with a focus on efficiency and client transparency.
Project Management:
Experience in the day-to-day management of large-scale property investment portfolios and mixed-use schemes.
