Real Estate Senior Solicitor (4+ years') – Edinburgh
A leading commercial law firm is seeking a senior Solicitor(4+ years') to join its established Real Estate team in Edinburgh.

This opportunity will suit a commercially minded Solicitor looking to work on a broad range of high-quality real estate matters within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. The role offers exposure to complex development and transactional work across a variety of sectors, including large-scale living and property projects.

You will work closely with an experienced team advising a diverse client base across both the public and private sectors.

The Role

Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions

Supporting development, acquisition and disposal matters

Drafting and negotiating transactional documentation

Managing transactions from inception through to completion

Building and maintaining strong client and professional relationships

Supporting junior team members where appropriate

Participating in business development and networking initiatives

Working as part of a collaborative and busy real estate team

About You

Scottish Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in commercial property/real estate

Strong transactional and drafting experience

Commercially aware with a proactive approach

Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

Able to manage competing priorities effectively

Team-oriented with a keen interest in the property sector
