We’re looking for a
Graphic Designer
to join our team for a
4 months to cover maternity leave
and bring the Dipsea brand to life across social, email, and marketing channels.
This role is ideal for a designer with
strong brand instincts
and
social-first experience
who enjoys working across campaigns, storytelling moments, and day-to-day marketing creative.
What you’ll do at Dipsea
Design visual assets that bring Dipsea’s brand to life across social media, email marketing, web, and other digital touchpoints.
Create social-first creative that is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Develop campaign visuals and marketing materials to support product launches, storytelling moments, and growth initiatives.
Help evolve and maintain the Dipsea brand system, ensuring consistency across channels while exploring new creative directions.
Work quickly and thoughtfully to produce high-quality design at a startup pace.
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and creative partners to translate ideas into compelling visuals and bring new stories to life.

You enjoy working closely with marketers, writers, and other creatives. You're comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.

You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly in a fast-paced environment. You’re able to manage multiple projects and shift priorities with ease.

Requirements
5 years experience as a
Brand or Graphic Designer
at an agency or in-house.
Portfolio with examples of brand work, marketing campaigns, and social-first creative.
Experience designing for digital marketing channels, including social media and email.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience designing social video or motion assets for advertising.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus
Experience designing for a consumer subscription product or lifestyle brand.
Experience working at an early-stage startup.
Overview of Contract
Length: 4 months, with the possibility to extend
Start Date: May 2026
Rate: $70–75/hour
