As the group continues to grow, we're looking for a talented and experienced Tax Director to lead and shape our tax advisory services across all three offices.
Your new role As Tax Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading our tax function and delivering high-quality advisory services across a broad spectrum of tax matters. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and developing the tax team across all three offices
Providing strategic tax planning and advisory services to business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and trusts
Overseeing complex tax compliance and advisory projects, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and corporate restructuring
Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted adviser
Supporting the wider leadership team in driving business development and growth
Staying ahead of tax legislation changes and ensuring the firm remains at the forefront of best practice
What you'll need to succeed
A qualified tax professional (CTA, ACA, or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
Experienced in advising SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and private clients on a wide range of tax issues
A confident communicator with the ability to explain complex tax matters in a clear and approachable way.
Commercially astute, with a track record of identifying opportunities and delivering value to clients
A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to shape and grow a tax function.
