Responsibilities
Deliver a strategic relationship plan that includes quarterly/annual goals.
Provide expert renewal analysis & delivery.
Deliver outstanding service and sell new lines of business.
In this role, you will establish yourself as a knowledgeable industry expert and consultant in group benefits. Your expertise and consultative approach will be vital in managing an assigned block of in‑force group business.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 4+ years related experience (group benefits and/or account management experience preferred).
Must acquire and maintain all required state licenses within 90 days. Active life/health license preferred.
Excellent persuasion, interpersonal, problem‑solving, decision‑making, time management, presentation, listening, and oral/written communication skills, as well as analytical skills.
Advanced math skills required with basic skills related to graphs, symbols, equations, etc.
Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of business unit applications preferred.
Maintain accuracy while being detail oriented.
Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
Travel required (~25%), including overnight stays and time in the market for face‑to‑face contact with customers and brokers.
Salary Range Information Salary ranges reflect targeted base salaries. Non‑sales positions can participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives and may exceed base salary. Actual compensation is based on geographic location, experience, education, licensure, and skill level.
Salary Range (Non‑Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly):
$68,200 - $92,400 / year
Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees, allowing paid time with no accrual. There is no set number of days.

Work Arrangement This role offers a hybrid arrangement (office and remote work). Management reserves the right to adjust in‑office days.
