We’re looking for a highly creative
Associate / Senior Associate Designer
with a passion for lingerie and a sharp, commercial design eye. This role supports a premium, fashion-forward collection with a strong emphasis on
fabric, trim details, silhouette, and cohesive storytelling across the line .
If you have experience designing
bras, panties, and lingerie —and can bring ideas to life through both
beautiful hand sketches and precise CADs —we want to hear from you.
Please include a portfolio showcasing
hand sketches and technical CADs , ideally featuring lingerie (bras, panties, corsets, teddies, babydolls, garter belts) and relevant RTW pieces (slips, skirts, dresses).
Key Responsibilities
Design commercially viable, brand-right product aligned with seasonal concepts
Develop product with a strong focus on
fit, fabric, and silhouette
Create sketches, prototypes, and detailed tech packs
Update designs based on feedback and evolving collection needs
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Merchandising, Product Development, Marketing)
Conduct trend research and competitor analysis to inform design direction
Participate in fittings and support execution of design intent
Maintain accurate line sheets and PLM systems as source of truth
Prepare materials for presentations and milestone meetings
Manage timelines and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
3+ years of experience in a comparable fashion/retail environment
Strong experience in
lingerie/corsetry construction and fit
Excellent
hand sketching and CAD (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop)
skills
Strong understanding of fabric, trims, and garment construction
Commercial design sensibility with strong attention to detail
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of PLM systems
Understanding of fashion history and key designers
Experience with RTW categories is a plus
