With a loyal following and a growing wholesale footprint across major domestic and international retailers, the brand is scaling fast — and they need someone to help keep the wholesale operation running like clockwork. As a Wholesale Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be the operational backbone of the wholesale team. Think of yourself as the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks — from the moment a retail partner places an order to the moment it lands on shelves. You’ll coordinate across sales, logistics, and finance, keep account data sharp, and be the go-to contact for retail partners who expect a seamless experience. What You’ll Do

Own day-to-day account coordination across key wholesale and retail partners, ensuring nothing slips Manage the full order lifecycle: entry, tracking, follow-up, and on-time fulfillment Be the primary point of contact for wholesale account inquiries — respond fast, resolve with care Keep account records, contact databases, and order histories accurate and up to date across internal systems Build and distribute sales reports, account performance summaries, and pipeline trackers that drive decisions Bridge the gap between sales, logistics, operations, and finance to keep account management seamless Lead the setup and onboarding of new wholesale accounts, from documentation to first communication Spot and escalate account issues, order discrepancies, or communication gaps before they become problems Support the sales team with meeting prep, presentation materials, and general administrative coordination What You Bring

2–5 years of hands-on experience in wholesale, retail operations, account coordination, or customer success Strong written and spoken English — you’ll communicate directly with retail partners and buyers across the U.S. Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets): data entry, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting are second nature Experience juggling multiple platforms simultaneously — ERP, CRM, or order management systems (e.g., NetSuite, NuOrder, Faire, Shopify) Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy in order management and account data is non-negotiable Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines without dropping the ball A proactive, self-starter mindset — you anticipate needs, flag issues early, and take ownership Comfortable thriving in a remote, fast-paced environment where responsiveness and accountability are the norm Nice to Have

Experience supporting a consumer electronics, lifestyle, or premium product brand in a wholesale context Familiarity with retail buyer relationships, trade show logistics, or seasonal selling cycles Exposure to B2B wholesale platforms such as NuOrder, Faire, or similar order management tools Salary & Perks

Competitive Pay: We hire top talent and compensate accordingly This is a full-time, long-term engagement with room to grow The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT 100% remote — work from wherever you do your best thinking Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST
