Accurately process teller transactions
Efficiently and accurately record information
Research and resolve member concerns
Cross‑sell credit‑union products and services
Use the provided software system to perform member transactions
Develop knowledge of negotiable instruments, including cash and checks
What We Need From You
Previous cash‑handling experience
Desire to provide outstanding member service
Ability to discuss our products and services
Self‑motivation
Good communication skills
Dependability (arrive on time as scheduled)
