Job Description CTO Realty Growth, Inc. seeks an Associate or Analyst – Real Estate Investments who will be responsible for supporting senior Investment team members in the underwriting / financial review of retail property acquisitions and loan investments.
Responsibilities
Underwriting and analysis of potential acquisitions
Coordinate due diligence including lease review, Argus audits, expense analysis, and conducting tenant interviews
Prepare presentations for Investment Committee and Board Approvals of pending acquisitions
Create reporting materials for internal stakeholders including accounting and legal departments
Collect market data and conduct benchmarking analysis
Travel to assist with property due diligence
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferably with a concentration in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or Business or other related degree
2-3 years of relevant experience in real estate acquisitions or investment sale brokerage, preferably retail shopping centers
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, primarily Excel, and Argus
Strong analytical skills and quantitative skills, specifically financial analysis
Highly organized, detail oriented, and motivated with the ability to multitask effectively in a deadline driven and entrepreneurial environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
