Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Asset Management Lead - Senior to support this mission at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. Responsibilities
Serves as a lead technical expert within the PMO, driving the strategic management of enterprise-level and site-specific C2ISR Transport Infrastructure assets. Leads the development and implementation of advanced asset management strategies and policies, integrating them with PMO project management, financial tracking, and operational planning, which heavily influences the creation and content of PRDs. Architects and optimizes asset lifecycle processes for complex C2ISR assets, from acquisition planning and budgeting through deployment, utilization, and disposition, providing critical inputs for all asset-related PRD sections. Develops and implements comprehensive reporting and analytics for asset portfolios, providing critical insights for PMO decision-making and justifying resource allocations within PRDs. Ensures strict compliance with all government regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies related to asset management, validating asset-related requirements captured in PRDs. Acts as a primary liaison between the PMO, acquisition teams, operations, and finance on all asset-related matters, influencing strategic procurement and sustainment decisions detailed in PRDs. Functions as a technical expert across multiple high-impact asset management assignments, guiding junior and journeyman asset managers, and contributing to the strategic expansion and modernization of C2ISR infrastructure as outlined in PRDs. Required qualifications: Previous experience as an Asset Management Lead or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level Minimum of 6 years' experience with a BS/BA or 4 years' experience with an MS/MA or 2 years' experience with a PhD, or 10 years with no degree or 8 years with an AS/AA A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level US citizenship is required Desired Qualifications: DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/OS certificate within six months of the assignment. Target Salary Range: $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
