Field Sales Representative
This is a contract position based in Green Bay, WI. It involves recruiting local businesses to join a new delivery partner program in collaboration with a Field Manager and other local contractors. You will visit prospective businesses, pitch the program opportunity, guide them through the application process, and coordinate recruitment events.
Responsibilities
Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.
Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest.
Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process, managing pipeline activities in Salesforce.
Support the Field Manager to plan and host recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
Essential Skills
1–2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
Experience in outside/field sales is required.
CRM experience is required, with a preference for Salesforce.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to solve problems for applicants in the field.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in a sales and/or negotiation role with customers is a plus.
Professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and a high sense of urgency.
Tech‑savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology.
Ability to travel up to 4 hours round‑trip distance daily.
Work Environment This field-based role requires 4–5 days a week recruiting small businesses. The remainder of the work can be completed remotely. You will have the opportunity to build community partnerships with small businesses.
Benefits include 2 weeks of PTO after a successful 6‑month performance review, uncapped commission, a phone bill expense reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement.
Compensation Base pay: $55,000 per year with uncapped commission. Pay range for this position: $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
