Role Purpose The Revenue Operations Manager will lead IMS’s operational revenue initiatives, ensuring our technology stack—HubSpot and Epicor Prophet 21 (P21)—is fully integrated and optimized. Your mission is to reduce friction in the sales cycle, support high‑margin private label lines, and leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and insight across the organization.
The Director of RevOps will architect and lead our unified revenue engine. You will oversee our Data Pod and ensure our core technology stack—HubSpot and Epicor Prophet 21 (P21)—is optimized and fully leveraged.
As our AI Evangelist, you will champion the adoption of artificial intelligence across the revenue organization—identifying, piloting, and scaling AI‑powered tools that drive predictive insights, intelligent automation, and hyper‑personalized customer experiences. You will be the strategic bridge between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, turning data into revenue velocity.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Expertise: Manage and optimize the full HubSpot suite, including Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations, and Content Hubs.
P21 Coordination: Work with the IT Director to maintain the bi‑directional HubSpot–P21 integration, ensuring accurate, real‑time visibility into inventory, pricing, and order status.
Data Accuracy: Ensure operational and manufacturing data is reliable and actionable, supporting smarter prospecting, retention, and decision‑making.
Workspace AI Implementation: Coordinate the rollout of Gemini for Google Workspace, helping teams automate tasks in Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
HubSpot AI Tools: Assist in deploying and fine‑tuning Breeze Agents to scale prospecting, content creation, and customer engagement.
Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement AI or automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align data and operational processes with revenue goals.
Track and report on key performance metrics, including Pipeline Velocity, CAC, LTV, and Rebate ROI.
Support accurate calculation and reporting of sales commissions and partner rebates.
Continuously evaluate the Lead‑to‑Cash process to remove manual steps, reduce tech debt, and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications Experience
7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Technology roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Technical Expertise
Strong proficiency in HubSpot (certifications preferred).
Experience with Epicor P21 or similar manufacturing ERP systems.
AI & Automation Literacy
Demonstrated ability to implement AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, or LLMs) to automate workflows, improve processes, and generate actionable insights.
Industry Knowledge
Manufacturing or distribution experience is preferred, with understanding of partner‑channel and private label operations.
Communication Skills
Ability to translate complex technical and data concepts into clear insights for leadership and cross‑functional teams.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders across departments.
