Overview Our client, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking a visionary Technology leader to drive the delivery of enterprise software development initiatives. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to lead the building of a high-profile product used globally by thousands of users. The ideal candidate is a strategic, execution-oriented professional with deep expertise in Azure-based solutions, emerging technologies, and global delivery. This leader will serve as a change agent, shaping technology strategy, operational excellence, and innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of complex, multi-track software development initiatives, coordinating multiple solution teams and application streams across distributed, global teams.
Define and evolve the product vision in alignment with business strategy, customer needs, and emerging technology trends.
Drive planning, execution, and delivery of custom solutions, including AI-driven projects and proof-of-concepts, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
Establish and lead the data strategy, including data architecture, governance, and analytics capabilities, to enable scalable, data-driven product development and decision-making.
Partner closely with business leaders globally to identify opportunities, influence strategy, and deliver innovative technology solutions.
Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor, contributing to solution design, architecture standards, and software development best practices.
Champion improvements to the SDLC, development methodologies, and cross-team collaboration to enhance delivery quality and speed.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale software development delivery.
Proven success delivering cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, with strong exposure to AI and emerging technologies.
Significant global delivery experience, managing distributed teams and engaging international stakeholders.
Strong background in product management, product strategy, and solution design, ideally within consulting or enterprise SaaS environments.
Recognized as a change agent and thought leader with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Must be able to work onsite in Northern NJ at least 3 days per week.
Initial contract with the intention to convert to full-time after 3–6 months.
High-visibility, impactful role, working directly with executive leadership.
