Are you passionate about the advertising industry and excited to gain hands‑on experience in sales strategy? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Join our Sales Enablement & Competitive Intelligence Internship to develop key skills and make an impact!

We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Enablement Intern to support Smartly’s Sales Team. This role is ideal for a college student interested in B2B sales, marketing, or adtech, offering hands‑on experience in market research, sales strategy, enablement, and competitive analysis.

Join our team of Smartlies and learn from some of the best and brightest in the digital advertising industry. You’ll work closely with the Sales, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing teams, assisting in projects that directly impact how our sellers win deals. This is a hybrid opportunity in our NYC office – we’re excited to welcome you to our passionate, rapidly‑growing company.

Responsibilities

Research and analyze competitor offerings across the media and creative landscape.

Track and analyze industry trends and competitor activity.

Help build battlecards to equip sellers with stronger positioning strategies.

Audit, clean up, and improve email sequences; create new email templates for sellers.

Streamline our content management systems and processes to ensure sellers have quick access to high‑impact, up‑to‑date resources.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather insights and share findings.

Work on a final project to be presented to the team at the end of the internship.

Meet and collaborate with fellow interns in our NYC office.

Qualifications

Full‑time rising Junior, Senior, or graduating at an accredited 4‑year College or University.

Highly interested and curious about the advertising industry and competitive landscape.

An excellent researcher with analytical skills.

A keen eye for design and strong project‑management skills.

An effective communicator and storyteller.

An ambitious self‑starter with a can‑do attitude.

Legally authorized to work in the United States.

This internship is paid at $20 per hour and will be approximately 30 hours per week between June 2nd and August 7th, 2026.
