Overview
Homecare Homebase is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant, Financial to lead the financial portion of our home health and hospice software implementation projects. The consultant will guide agencies across the United States through discovery, design, build, and test phases, ensuring best‑practice financial setup and system adoption.
Responsibilities
Serve as the subject‑matter expert on financial operations within the Homecare Homebase application.
Lead clients through the full implementation methodology, ensuring team adherence to processes.
Guide customers toward established best practices and translate their needs into actionable initiatives.
Communicate deployment risks and progress efficiently to internal and client project teams.
Support change management efforts for successful adoption of the application.
Research and resolve customer inquiries, data functionality issues, and report problems to the support team.
Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge of new enhancements.
Collaborate with leadership to keep a template database of best practices for new customers.
Provide accurate, holistic feedback on team performance and help implement growth strategies.
Promote CARES core values and lead by example to foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
3+ years of experience in home health or hospice, including customer service, support, or application training.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems and lead a team.
Strong communication and risk‑management skills with both internal and client stakeholders.
Capacity to work independently while maintaining high quality standards.
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time to support clients nationwide.
Current driver’s license and ability to rent a vehicle.
