Elite Therapy Groups of Texas County is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our outpatient clinic in Guymon, Oklahoma. We welcome both experienced and newly licensed PTAs who are passionate about patient care, rehabilitation, and working in a collaborative clinical environment.
This is a full‑time opportunity to work alongside experienced Physical Therapists delivering high‑quality care in orthopedics, sports medicine, and general outpatient rehabilitation.
Physical Therapy Assistant Job Summary As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will support licensed Physical Therapists in providing hands‑on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and patient care planning. This role is ideal for candidates seeking a PTA outpatient job, rehabilitation careers, or physical therapy assistant jobs in Oklahoma or Texas Panhandle.
PTA Responsibilities
Assist Physical Therapists with treatment plans and patient care programs
Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy support, and rehabilitation interventions
Monitor patient progress and report outcomes to supervising therapist
Collaborate with clinical team to improve patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance standards
Required Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or eligible for licensure in Oklahoma
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge of physical therapy techniques, treatment planning, and rehabilitation
Ability to work in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports medicine settings
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in outpatient physical therapy, orthopedics, or sports medicine
Exposure to inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing
Bilingual (Spanish preferred but not required)
Strong communication and patient engagement skills

Salary: $60,000 to $80,000 per year based on experience
