Compensation Base Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 per year (on‑target earnings $150,000 – $200,000+), plus unlimited commission.

Responsibilities
Develop new business by proactively generating new clients and building long‑lasting relationships with local and regional decision‑makers.
Design custom, multi‑channel advertising campaigns using audio, digital, events, and e‑commerce to help clients succeed.
Meet and exceed sales objectives while ensuring clients’ needs are met throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Qualifications
2–5+ years of media sales experience (radio & digital preferred).
Hunter mentality—entrepreneurial drive to generate new business and close deals.
Strong understanding of digital, audio, and interactive marketing.
Goal‑oriented, creative mindset that finds innovative solutions for clients.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite, and social media advertising platforms.
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor‑vehicle record check.
Ability to be in‑person in the San Francisco office with some remote flexibility.
