TCA is looking for a passionate, design oriented individual who is interested in multi‑family design to join our growing team. An Architectural Designer will support Senior Designers with graphics, 3D modeling, renderings, presentations, materials boards, color‑blocking and design studies. We prize good hand drawing skills, but require tools such as SketchUp, Revit, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop to present our work. The candidate may also assist the Job Captain in the production of construction documents.
Qualifications
Must be a Hawaii resident
1‑3 years Architectural experience
Minimum of 1 year SketchUp and Revit experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to prioritize & multi‑task
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture preferred
On track to be licensed
Position Location The Architectural Designer will be located in our Honolulu & Oakland office. We offer a schedule of working three – four days in the office and Fridays working from home.
