
Guest Relations Specialist

Our Guest Relations Specialists serve as the welcoming face of HavenHouse St. Louis, providing compassionate, professional support to patients, families, and caregivers in a hospital guest house setting. The position requires availability for evening and weekend shifts, with a variety of schedules including weekday evenings, multiple Saturday and Sunday shifts, and occasional overnight coverage, in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Duties
Welcomes guests, visitors and vendors in a friendly and professional manner Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments Assist with shuttle driving to and from area hospitals and meal pickup (our vans) Collaborate with hospital social workers and care coordinators Housekeeping tasks to keep our facility clean and germ-free (in the absence of housekeeping staff, this role will be asked to help clean guest rooms and bathrooms) Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred Attention to detail and accuracy in handling confidential information Must submit to a background check and an MVR Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Windows, and other app and web-based applications Knowledge of phone systems and basic office procedures
