These are supported by Transamerica Corporate, which includes Finance, People and Places, General Counsel, Risk, Internal Audit, Strategy and Development, and Corporate Affairs, which covers Communications, Brand, and Government and Policy Affairs.* High school education or equivalent* One year of clerical experience, preferably in an office environment* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail to review and document incoming and outgoing proposal information* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external contacts* Strong organizational skills to track a high volume of plans in various stages* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment* Proficiency using MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)* Willingness to complete ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals course* Knowledge of the financial services/retirement industry* Knowledge of Salesforce.com* Pension Plan* 401k Match* Employee Stock Purchase Plan* Tuition Reimbursement* Disability Insurance* Medical Insurance* Dental Insurance* Vision Insurance* Employee Discounts* Career Training & Development Opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
