Job Summary Castalia Systems is looking for a Mid-level All-Source Intelligence Analyst to join our team, you'll help your client by providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you'll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address critical intelligence questions. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure.
Roles and Responsibilities A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:
Develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
Apply flexible research methodologies to complex, open-ended problems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree
Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a fusion cell environment or directly with all-source analysts writing ICD 203 and ICD 206-compliant finished intelligence production
Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
Strong MIDB Experience
Physical Requirements/Work Environment Travel: As needed.
Compensation Salary range: $96,050.00 to $107,350.00 (annualized USD). This estimated range is one component of Castalia Systems' total compensation package. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, 401k matching, generous PTO, paid holidays, professional training opportunities, and pet insurance for employees meeting the eligibility threshold of at least 30 hours per week.
